PRELIMINARY QUESTIONNAIRE

All information you provide is confidential and is treated with the utmost privacy.

We start by meeting with you to get to know each other, discuss your needs and determine if our services will be of benefit.  In preparation for this meeting we ask that you complete our Preliminary Questionnaire so that we can spend this time listening to your goals, objectives, concerns and dreams.  We want to be able to answer any questions you may have about the services SFG provides and our investment philosophy.

Following the meeting we will prepare and send an agreement outlining the services to be provided and the fee for those services.

At our next meeting we will discuss and set your goals and objectives for your Integrative Financial Plan* and gather all the relevant information.   This is a more in-depth meeting to understand your financial psychology – what is important to you, and ask questions that will help us prepare your plan. 

With the development of your plan, we will provide you with a direction to help you reach your goals and objectives and identify any constraints to their accomplishment.   During this time we analyze the information and call you with any questions.   Upon completion we will schedule a Plan Presentation meeting, explaining our analysis and the recommendations we have made.

After the Plan Presentation meeting and further discussion about the plan, we will begin the implementation of our agreed upon recommendations.  We will assist in this process, whether we are coordinating with your estate planning attorney, CPA or another outside advisor, or opening new investment accounts.  The implementation is not a one-time event, but rather an ongoing process over the first year.

As we monitor and review the progress of the plan, we continue to have conversations and meetings throughout the year.  At mid-year and year-end we provide you with a comprehensive investment report.  During the year we will discuss any issues which could affect your plan such as changes in your financial, physical, psychological and intellectual capital or external economic changes.

Our goal is to build a long term relationship and help you achieve what you value most.
